He's a 24 year old BeOS user (no, he hasn't been using it for 24 years) and first tried BeOS with a R3 demo disk. Due to the well known "lack of drivers" problem, he only began using it more intensely shortly before Be, Inc went out of business. Here's some thoughts of his on BeOS:
I love BeOS for what it is and what it can be. Unfortunately the road has been long and full of pain the last 2 years with a huge lack of good software and driver issues. I think this autumn might change all that and be the breakthrough for the community when pieces start falling into place.On the prize he'll receive soon in his mailbox he had this to say:
It feels great to end a cold, dark, full-of-work week with something good, all thanks to ICO and TuneTracker =).
