RIAA recently announced that they had filed 261 lawsuits against file traders. And it's just beginning to pay off. Big time.

First victim? Biggie Brianna, a 12 y.o. honour student from New York. HOW DARE SHE?!?!? She thought that the Kazaa fee her mother had payed allowed her to download anything she wanted so she could hear it in her computer, AH! RIGHT!

Read on... But her obviously evil scheming didn't go unnoticed by the RIAA's goons and now she (well, her mother) has payed the penalty. And a very mild one I might add (my idea involved hot irons and bambu canes under the fingernails), the settlement was a mere $2.000 (close to Be's settlement). And what did the young fiend have to say on her defense? "I got really scared. My stomach is all turning," and "I thought it was OK to download music because my mom paid a service fee for it. Out of all people, why did they pick me?". Well, they picked you because they're the RIAA and they pick on whoever's about their size.

I just hope that the RIAA managed to save the soul of this child, as they want to do with 260 others.
