yT will be demoing their latest version and will hold an USB Developer Workshop (as you know, USB support is better than it's ever been with Zeta).
This is what Bernd Korz said about the yT presence at BeGeistert: "I'm really looking forward to being at BeGeistert again. While trade shows like CeBIT are very important for us, BeGeistert really gives us the opportunity to meet with our users and developers. For a company like yellowTAB it's like an unofficial developer conference."
You can register for BeGeistert 12 right here.

According to TT Systems, TunePrepper "rips, normalizes, trims silences, looks up cut information online, encodes to all available formats (such as MP3, Ogg Vorbis, ADPCM, WAV, AIFF, and others), and adds cut data to the files' attributes". And the best of all is that, of course, being BeOS native, it runs on the same system where you have TT setup.
But TunePrepper isn't free. to get it you must go over to the order page and have your Credit Card ready. It costs USD $79.95. So if you're interested, head over and read more about it before making your decision.

The IM kit team is looking for more developers, so if you're interested, head over to #beosimkit @ irc.freenode.org .
If you just want to try out the solution, the BeOS IM kit alpha 9.1 can be downloaded from http://www.eiman.tv/files/. The latest available sources can be downloaded from BeClan.
